Dorota Jusińska – Owner
Dorota has over ten years of experience as a production manager and director of operations for one of the leading Polish metal and plastic finishing companies.

Mariusz Jusiński – Partner – Chief of Production
At a young age, Mariusz started his career in the family-owned metal finishing firm. Since 2014, he has worked as a quality control manager, lean manufacturing coordinator and production manager for well-established international-oriented manufacturing companies.

Artur Bielski – Partner – Customer Relations Director
Artur has lived and been educated in the United States. He acquired his professional marketing and customer relations skills for over twenty-five years in running or working in management positions for international companies in Poland and the European Union.
